Dr.Latha pursued her MBA from Madurai Kamaraj Univeristy with 2nd rank. She started her career as Marketing Coordinator at IPSR solutions Ltd and later moved to the teaching field where she has 13 years of experience in department of management studies. She has achieved her Ph.D. from Karpagam University, Coimbatore in Management. Apart from research, her areas of interests include Operations Research, Research Methodology, Organizational Behavior, Retail Business Management, Marketing Research and Services Marketing. Dr.Latha has functioned as a subject expert in the interview board in connection with the interview of M.B.A. Students for Govt. of Kerala, in 2014.
