B.Tech Application 2010

Filled up application is to be submitted before the last date: 5-6-2010, by hand / post at the Corporate Office only  with a demand draft of Rs. 200/- in the name of SAINTGITS COLLGE OF ENGINEERING payable at Kottayam.

To apply for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science and Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Branches (approved by AICTE and M. G. University), only one application form is required.  

Admissions are strictly on merit, based on the marks obtained in the eligibility examinations. Rank list based on merit will be published in the college website.There is no capitation or any other monetary consideration for admission. We have not authorized any agent or agency for admission. 

Full Tution Fee Waiver Scheme : Six seats in each branch will be filled as per norms from top rank holders in the entrance examination whose annual income is below Rs. 2.5 lakhs (certificates to be enclosed).

Individual intimation for the open counseling will not be sent to the applicant. The date and time of counseling according to rank will be available in the website. Please see website for details regarding documents , D/D to be furnished at the time of counseling.

M.Tech Application.

Application forms for M.Tech courses can be obtained from the Corporate Office or can be downloaded from here

Completed application with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500 in favour of Saintgits College of Engineering payable at Changanacherry, shall be sent to the Corporate Office at Kottayam.

MCA Application Form

Application form and  brochure can be obtained from the corporate office for Rs. 200/- in person or Rs. 250/- by D/D favouring SAINTGITS College of Engineering payable at Kottayam by post also. It can also be downloaded here. Click here to download  MCA application form. A demand draft for Rs.200/- has to be attached along with the downloaded application form.

• Application form and Brochure may also be availed through Post/Courier, on sending Demand Draft for Rs.250/- for B.Tech & MCA and Rs. 550/-  for M.Tech(inclusive of postage/courier charges), favouring SAINTGITS College of Engineering, payable at Kottayam.
