Notice for Students who have been selected for admission under Government Quota.

Students who have been selected for admission under Government Quota after the second allotment are requested to report to the College Office with the following documents.

1) Admit Card & Rank Sheet
2) Selection Memo issued by Commissioner of Entrance Exam
3) Fee Payment Slip from SBT in the account of CEE towards Professional Degree course.
4)  Plus 2 Mark Sheet
5)  Migration Certificate in case of CBSE/ICSE & other Boards (outside Kerala)
6)  Pass certificate in case of CBSE/ICSE & other Boards (outside Kerala)
7) Transfer Certificate
8)  SSLC/School Record for proof of age & marks
9)  Six Passport size photographs
10)  Conduct Certificate
11)  DD towards other fees  - for boys (Rs. 16,877/-)
                                      - for girls  (Rs. 17,527/-)
12) Medical fitness certificate
13) Eligibility Certificate from MG University (Boards other than CBSE/ICSE & Kerala Plus two.)
                                                                                                 

N.B: DD should be drawn in favour of Saintgits College of Engineering Payable at Changanacherry.

 

B.Tech Admissions 2009-Procedure

  • All applicants who intend to join B. Tech Course in SAINTGITS are advised to submit their application in prescribed form before the last date - 24-6-09. Filled up application is to be submitted by hand / post at the Corporate Office only.
  • To apply for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science and Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Branches (approved by AICTE and M. G. University), only one application form is required.
  • Application form is available in the Corporate Office for Rs. 200/-. Also application form can be downloaded here and send to the corporate office with a demand draft of Rs. 200/- in the name of SAINTGITS COLLGE OF ENGINEERING payable at Kottayam.
  • Admissions are strictly on merit, based on the marks obtained in the eligibility examinations. Rank list based on merit will be published in the college website.
  • There is no capitation of any other monetary consideration for admission. We have not authorized any agent or agency for admission.
  • Allotment of seats for general merit, community and other mandatory quota will be based on open counselling from the merit rank list to be published in the website and college offices on 27th June 2009.
  • Full Tution Fee Waiver Scheme : Six seats in each branch will be filled from top rank holders in the entrance examination whose annual income is below Rs. 2.5 lakhs or women or physically handicapped (Certificates to be enclosed).
  • Individual intimation for the open counselling will not be sent to the applicants. The date and time of counselling according to rank will be available in the website. Please see website for details regarding documents, D.D. to be furnished at the time of counselling.
