GENERAL RULES:

1) Registration fee of Rs 50/- per head, for all events. Registration starts at 8.30 AM.

2) Candidates must bring their ID cards or bonafide certificate from principal/HOD as a proof.

3) Participants are requested to report at the venues 10 minutes prior the event.

4) Decisions made by the judges are final.

5) Participants can board our college buses plying from Kottayam, Changanacherry and Thiruvalla.

General Rules:

1) All facilities for the CAD drawing wil be provided.

2) Any kind of malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification.

3) The conveners have right to change event details without prior notice.

4) The decision of the judges will be final.

5) 20 contestants will be selected to the final round from the prelims.

6) Weightage is given for both planning & aesthitics

2. Papyrus (Paper Presentation)

1) These can be maximum of two authors.

2) Participants should prepare powerpoint presentation.

3) Time for each presentation is 15 minutes. A warning bell will be given after 12 minutes.

4) Time for questions & interaction is for 5 minutes, a warning bell will be given after 4 minutes.

5) Abstracts should be sent on or before 14 september 2009 to the email : eternia@saintgits.org

6) The decision of judges will be final.

3. Ecologia (Technical Quiz)

2) There will be prelimis consisting of general & technical rounds.

3) From prelimis, 4 teams will be selected for final round.

4. Treasure Trove(Treasure Hunt)

General Rules:

1) There should be maximum of 3 or minimum 2 participants in a team.

2) Atleast one should be from civil engineering department & rest is open for all branches.

3) There will be prelimis of 15 minutes.

4) Violation of any rule will resultt in the disqualification of the concerned team.

5) The decision of judges will be final.

5. Earthspirator (Technical Manager)
 

First Prize Rs. 4500/-

1) The medium of language would be English for all the rounds until and unless it is specifically mentioned during any round.

2) Only the first 8 participants scoring the maximum points in the prelims would be selected for the mainstage rounds.
