To develop an efficient IT infrastructure for talent management, companies would have to practice a form of ruthless reassessment, auditing and questioning. This is because with so many different types of software providers, different technology, and disparate needs, organizations would be confused in the beginning. As talent management is crucial to corporate success, organizations must beware of fitting talent management solutions around old software. It takes much consideration and ongoing development to create a talent management system that can be easily used at all levels of the organization and address management as well as employee requirements.
