Design of the Summit
Keeping the objectives in mind, the summit is proposed to be designed as low volume, high focus specialty summit wherein about 30 to 40 experts each from industry and academic come together, spend time in sharing their knowledge and perceptions and cement a relationship.  The sessions are proposed to be divided into four categories i.e.

1. Beacon Interactive Discussions (BIDs) which are interactive discussions led by industry experts which would act as beacons for the thought synthesis process which enable to fire the panel discussion and research interest;
2. Ideation Synthesis Sessions (ISS), which are panel discussions acting as an enabler to  evolve ideas in various HR challenges as also lay down a path for research which is futuristic.
3. Research Knowledge Sharing Sessions (RKS), which are intended to be sessions where academic and professional researchers share their findings; and
4. Relationship Building Sessions (RBS) which include the networking dinner and the inter session gaps for networking.
   

Dates and Programmes
Saintgits-NIPM HR Summit will be held on 23, 24 and 25 July 2009 at Kottayam jointly by Saintgits and NIPM (Kerala).  The detailed Agenda is given below.

• 23rd July. From 5:30 p.m. onwards (Inaugural session and one or two Beacon Interactive Discussions followed by network dinner).
• 24th July. From 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. consisting of four to five sessions (One or two Beacon Interactive Discussion, Research Knowledge Sharing, Ideation Synthesis panel discussions and HR case presentation.
• 25th July. From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with one Best Practice and Interactive Discussion and/or Ideation synthesis panel discussion.
