On-the-Job Training Programme
On-the-job training is a hands-on method of teaching the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed for students as an employee to perform a specific job within the workplace. Students learn in an environment where they will need to practice the knowledge and skills obtained during their training. It is mandatory for second year Model III B. Com students of Mahatma Gandhi University to undergo OJT for one month during the summer vacation (April/May) in an esteemed industrial / financial / business institution.
