The Faculty Development Programme in Saintgits Institute of Management is designed to train and develop faculty so that they can act as resource persons in guiding and motivating young aspiring managers. The FDPs aims to not only equip the teachers with skills and knowledge that are essential for inculcating entrepreneurial values in students but also to sensitize about new concepts in teaching and assessment methods. The focus is also to develop skills required for performing the role of competent administrator, researcher and mentor as well as to update knowledge of modern research methodology tools.
