Dr. Pushpam T. Davis is an Assistant Professor of Management with academic expertise in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Sustainable Transportation, and Technology Adoption. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education, where her doctoral research examined the switching and continued usage intentions of electric vehicles in public transport. Before joining Saintgits Institute of Management, she served as an Assistant Professor at Assumption College, Changanacherry. She has been actively involved in teaching a wide range of management courses, including Operations Management, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics Management. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes experiential learning, critical thinking, and the integration of emerging technologies into management education. Dr. Davis serves as a reviewer for leading international journals, including *Management Decision* (ABDC A, Scopus Q1) and *Energy Conversion and Management* (Scopus Q1). In addition to her academic contributions, she actively supports institutional development through accreditation activities, academic administration, and faculty development initiatives.
