Anti-Ragging Committee

In a historic decision issued on May 8, 2009, the Honourable Supreme Court of India ordered that many recommendations be followed and put into practice to prevent any incidents of ragging in the campus. As a result, the college established an anti-ragging committee with the following goals:

  1. The selection of the committee and council members in an effort to instil confidence in the pupils who are most junior.
  2. To stop junior pupils from being bullied by senior students.
  3. To free the junior pupils from all forms of harassment, including violence, financial exploitation etc.
  4. To avoid humiliating others in public by using vulgar or harsh language.
