Admission Policy 2024-25

Saintgits College of Applied Sciences which is established in 2004 and affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, offers the following UG and PG programmes.

Admission Quota

Out of the sanctioned strength in each program, 50% of the seats are filled through the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) of the university and the remaining seats through the Management Quota. The cut off marks for the management quota are decided by the management depending on the number of the applications in each discipline by fulfilling the eligibility criteria directed by the university.

Application Forms

Applicants for the above UG and PG programs, under management quota, should submit their application online along with a payment of Rs. 400/- (plus GST) for the UG courses and Rs. 250/- (plus GST) for PG courses, as cost of application.

Admission Procedure under Management Quota during the year 2024-25

Admission Procedure under management quota for the current academic year 2024-25 is to be filled in through a common counselling of all the applicants immediately after the publication of the plus two results. The common counselling may be made either in one day or in two days. The date of such admission procedure will be notified through website and news release.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission/interview

1. Original marksheet for secondary and higher secondary exams. (with an additional photo copy)
2. Transfer Certificate.
3. Migration Certificate for students from other universities and boards except Kerala state board.
4. Conduct Certificate from the head of the institution last attended
5. Community Certificate in the case of SC/ST/OBC students (For CAP admission only).
6. Eligibility Certificate from M G University for applicants from outside Kerala.
7. Eight passport-size photographs.
8. Discontinuity Certificate for students seeking admission after discontinuing a course.
9. Copy of Aadhaar Card
