On November 15, 2025, a successful three-hour industrial visit was conducted for 44 students at the Vizhinjam International Seaport in Thiruvananthapuram. The session began with an in-depth explanation of the port’s developmental history and future timeline, followed by a detailed overview of its critical operational functions, focusing on container handling and logistics management. This formal briefing was complemented by a highly beneficial interaction session where students engaged directly with the port personnel to clarify doubts and understand real-world processes. The visit concluded with an elevated viewing of the entire port facility, which provided the students with a comprehensive and practical perspective on the scale and coordinated functioning of the international sea terminal.

YASHUS 25-26 inauguration was conducted on 1st August 2025 (Friday). The program was conducted at DB seminar hall at 11:30 am . Ms Liza Mary Kurian (senior associate in audit at KPMG) was the chief guest of the day who is also a former student of the college. The program started with a prayer song by the college choir and welcome speech by Asst .Prof Deepa Annie John and then lamp lighting by all the dignitaries on the stage. The presidential address was given by the principal Dr. Mathew Jacob and then the investiture ceremony. Dr. Seethu John then introduced the alumni followed by the interaction module. Ms Liza was presented with a memento right after the interaction session. The event was finally concluded with a vote of thanks.
