Department of Civil Engineering, Saintgits College of Engineering (Autonomous), in association with Kerala Government Contractors Association – Kottayam District Committee, is organizing a One-Day Workshop on the topic “Quality Control & Execution”, exclusively for the contractors and site engineers. The training programme is planned to be conducted on August 17, 2024 from 9.30 AM to 4.00 PM, at VB Seminar Hall, Department of Civil Engineering, Saintgits College of Engineering (Autonomous). The program will be inaugurated by Mr. Anilkumar R. S. (Chief Engineer, KSRRDA) and the sessions will be handled by eminent academicians and field engineers. The topics that will be discussed in the various sessions include Planning – Execution – Quality Control of Road Works, Introduction to Various Bituminous Works, Billing Revised Estimate – Time Extension – Liquidated Damages, Basics of Concrete Mix Design and Field Execution. Registration fees for the programme will be Rs. 500/- per participant. Interested participants may fill up the following google sheet on or before August 14, 2024.
