Saintgits – Yuva SCAS in association with NSS distributed paper bags to local sellers at pathamuttom as part of Paper Bag Day on 12th July 2024

Yuva SCAS conducted “Back to School” under the vertical of accessibility and Innovation. Students of Yuva SCAS distributed school stationary and paper pen to students of Govt UP school Pathamuttom.

This initiative was inaugurated by Shri. K. B. Subhash, Assistant Forest Conservator, Kottayam Division, in the esteemed presence of Shri. Abyson K Abraham, Chairman, Social Welfare Standing Committee, Panachikkad Grama Panchayat, Ms Varsha Rajkhowa, miss scuba international 2016, ocean ambassador of India, Ted X speaker and climate reality leader, environmentalist on 3rd July 2024 under the programme “ Vanamahotsavam” conducted by Organic Farming & Nature Club.

Climate change and Innovation vertical of YUVA SCAS has created plantable and sustainable paper pens from their old notebooks and also added seeds in them to be planted after its use.
