The Department of Psychology conducted 4 programmes in association to Mental Health Observance week from 7th to 10th of October 2024. The list of 4 programmes conducted during the mentioned Mental Health Observance week are as follows:
1) Magazine release by Principal Dr. Mathew Jacob on 7th of October 2024- Mindsphere.
2) ‘Break the Stigma’ awareness class by final year psychology students on 8th of October 2024.
3) ‘Brainwaves’ Importance of self care and well being, mental health day talk by Ms. Megha Maria Manoj, First year Psychology student.
4) ‘Mindful Moments’ taking a moment to reflect on mental health. Handmade cards distributed to the the faculty members by the second year students of psychology department.
