With great pride, I welcome you to the B.Tech. Program in Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design & Technology), launched in 2023 under the Department of Electronics Engineering at Saintgits College of Engineering. The department offers four B.Tech. programs – Electronics and Communication Engineering, Robotics and Automation, Electronics and Computer Engineering, and Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design & Technology) – along with M.Tech. programs in VLSI & Embedded Systems and Robotics & Automation. This program focuses on the rapidly growing field of VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) design and semiconductor technology, equipping students with skills in chip design, embedded systems, digital electronics, and fabrication processes. It prepares students to meet the increasing demand for VLSI professionals in industries like semiconductor design, electronics, embedded systems, and IoT.
