Controller of Examinations (CoE)
Welcome to Controller of Examinations Section. Examination Cell is a statutory body constituted in accordance with the UGC guidelines for autonomous colleges. The Examination Cell of Saintgits College of Engineering (Autonomous), Kottayam is headed by the Controller of Examinations (CoE), and the Principal acts as the Chief Controller of Examinations.
The COE Office is responsible for
- Preparation of Question Papers for End Semester Examinations
- Conduct of End Semester Examinations
- Evaluation of End Semester Examinations Answer Scripts
- Declaration of Results
- Issuing Semester Grade Cards
The Controller of Examination also ensures the smooth functioning of the continuous assessment tests.
